1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RSVPSpark, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the service.

2. Description of Service

RSVPSpark is an event management platform that allows users to create events, send invitations, track RSVPs, manage guest lists, and coordinate event details. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of RSVPSpark, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to RSVPSpark, including event details, guest information, and photos. By submitting content, you grant RSVPSpark a limited license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use RSVPSpark to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Interfere with the operation of the service
• Upload malicious code or viruses

6. Subscription and Billing

Your first login starts a 14-day free trial of RSVPSpark's hosting tools with no credit card required. After the trial ends, continued access requires a recurring subscription billed through Polar. Checkout charges immediately and does not include another trial. Your subscription renews automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until you cancel it. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription through the billing portal. Unless stated otherwise at cancellation, access continues through the end of the paid billing period. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

8. Limitation of Liability

RSVPSpark is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, if any.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
